It protects against external shocks for safe bicycle air transportation and is made from durable short-propylene material. Unlike regular corrugated cardboard boxes, it can be reused, more eco-friendly than conventional packaging methods because it does not generate unnecessary waste.

02 It is specifically designed to protect important parts of the bike.

The bicycle packaging set developed by ROUNDEL has 3 blocks made of PE-FOAM. These blocks are placed at the front, rear, and top of the bicycle to prevent the bicycle from moving inside the box while protecting it from external shocks.

03 Easily wrap it within 10 minutes just by separating the front wheels.

No air roll is required to prevent internal shaking. 

• Compatible with bicycle sizes up to 56.
• You may need to disconnect the handle if it's not a 29-inch MTB or typical handle.
• You may need to disconnect the seat posts for long seat posts, or large road bikes over a size 56

04 Dustbags for front wheels are provided.

Please pack the front wheels together in a dust bag. It prevents scratches on the wheel from the pedal light when packing.

05 Case is made to fit the major airlines' guidelines.

• If you are using any other airlines, please check their guidelines from their website.
• Additional charges may be incurred for baggage consignment depending on your ticket rating and/or airline services.

06 We also have a case for Brompton bicycles.

• This case is made based on a brompton bicycle.
• Bicycles with a size of 70×34×61 cm are all available when folded.

• Only members who have completed authentication can use the service while logged in. 
• There is no additional deposit for case rental. 
• You can rent only one case per User ID. 
• In the case of an organization, each individual has to make a reservation.  
• The rental fee is the same regardless of the duration of the trip.
  (The subtotal price may seem to be increased, but the discount is applied automatically at the checkout.)
• ROUNDEL only provides a bicycle case rental service, so you have to pack your bike yourself.
