What should I do if my case is lost/damaged?

The customer will not be held responsible for any scratches or damage that occurs naturally during the use process. However, in the event of loss or intentional damage of components, the customer may be charged the amount equivalent to the price of the rental product. For loss and damage during air transport, please inform the staff at the site first and take further action.
